The Practice
We are a Chennai studio of architects, interior designers and site engineers. Every project begins with the climate of its site — the sun path, the breeze, the rain — and ends only when the building is standing.

What we do
Design, detailed and delivered in-house.
Architectural Design
Concept through construction documentation for homes, institutions and commercial buildings, with drawings developed and detailed in-house.
Interior Design
Joinery, lighting, material and furniture design carried out in parallel with the architecture so that both arrive as a single idea.
Master Planning
Campus and township planning that begins with climate, water and movement before it begins with buildings.
Landscape & Site Design
Courts, water bodies and planting designed to cool, drain and shade the built environment.
Project Management
Tendering, contractor coordination, cost monitoring and site supervision through to handover.
The studio in Adyar, where every project is still modelled by hand before it is drawn.
