A white courtyard house organised around a single rain tree.
Every room in the plan borrows light and air from a gravelled central court, allowing the house to run naturally ventilated for most of the year.
Deep verandahs and lime-plastered walls hold the heat off, a quiet reinterpretation of the traditional Chennai bungalow.
