Set on a west-facing corner plot, the house turns inward to a reflecting court that cools the prevailing breeze before it enters the living spaces.
Board-formed concrete is paired with locally milled teak louvres, tuned to cut the harsh afternoon sun while keeping the garden in view from every room.
